For companies in the Los Angeles area, mapping can happen in the room with the team doing the work. Everywhere else it happens on the mapping call and inside your tools. Either way you leave the call with the system design, the price in writing, and the date it goes live.

Your dates come in writing with the price, and nothing is called live until the connections are verified and your team has approved real work in review mode.
What does it cost?
One set price in writing after mapping, changed only by a scope change. Ongoing operation is a separate monthly line, disclosed with the build price. We do not publish fees.
