How big is the install?

Five questions. You get a tier and a timeline band, never a price, and no email is required. The scoring is printed on the page, so you can see exactly why you landed where you did.

01The five questions

Answer five, read the tier.

Every answer carries the points shown beside it. The total sets the tier, and the tier sets the timeline band. Mapping replaces the estimate with a map.

01How much of the company does the install cover?Scope is the first driver of the set price.
02How many workflows would the system carry? Each workflow is designed, connected, run in review mode, and reported on.
03How many systems does it need to connect to?The CRM, the inbox, the phone line, the payment tool, the spreadsheet. Both directions count.
04How much should it do on its own?Every system starts in review mode. Authority is granted one action at a time.
05Who operates it after launch?Echelon running it is the default. The other two add handover work to the build.

How this is scored

Add the points beside each answer. The total, from 5 to 17, sets the tier below. One override: a whole-company scope is never sized below the company layer. The timeline bands are what installs of that shape have taken; the dates for your build are agreed in writing with the price.
