Module 04

Operations and Visibility

One screen for where the work and the money stand, read-only on the money.

For leadership

The console

What your team sees.

A mockup on sample data of the console this module writes to. Every row is an action, every status is a state your team can see, and anything marked for a person waits until one decides.

The problem

Every new customer kicks off the same scramble: create the records, send the welcome email, collect the documents, schedule the kickoff, update three systems, then build the report at month end. None of it grows the company, all of it has to happen, and I still cannot see where the work and the money stand without asking four people.

What it does

Reads, remembers, prepares, does.

  1. 01ReadsYour CRM, your calendar, your inbox, your payment records, and your spreadsheets, as they are today, with no migration.
  2. 02RemembersOne record per customer across every tool, so a name in the CRM, an invoice in the payment system, and a thread in the inbox are known to be the same person.
  3. 03PreparesThe onboarding records, the documents, the kickoff invite, and the weekly report: what ran, what it handled alone, what waits on a decision, and who owns it.
  4. 04DoesCreates and syncs the records, sends the onboarding sequence, keeps the tools in step, and puts the state of the business on one screen. Uncertain matches go to a person with both records side by side.

Your controls

Three hard limits, written into the install.

Standing permissions live in one written list, per action and per channel, with the reason for each. Not on the list means it cannot send.

  1. 01

    Read-only on the money

It reads payment and invoice records to show you where the money stands. It cannot move, charge, or refund money, or change an amount.

  2. 02

Nothing enters the record on a guess

When two records might be the same customer and it is not certain, a person decides with both records in front of them.

  3. 03

    Every action leaves a record

What it read, what it wrote, and who approved it, kept in an audit trail you can open at any time.

Proof

Verified anonymized installation

Seen in production: one record per customer across a million rows

1M+ records resolved in under 30 minutes at 90%+ accuracy, with uncertain pairs sent to a person side by side. Client name withheld.

Your first department

Bring the process you still run by hand.

One mapping call. You leave with the system design, the price in writing, and the date it goes live.

How it works

See how an install runs, from the mapping call to production.

Six steps, each with an output and a control, and the 90-day shape with a date agreed in writing.
