Module 02
End-to-End Quoting
Quotes drafted, sent, and chased to signature, with a person approving the number.
For your sales team
The console
What your team sees.
A mockup on sample data of the console this module writes to. Every row is an action, every status is a state your team can see, and anything marked for a person waits until one decides.

The problem
A customer asks for a price, and they are asking two other companies the same afternoon. Ours takes three days, because someone has to pull the details, do the math, format the document, and remember to follow up. By the time it goes out, the customer has signed with whoever quoted first.
What it does
Reads, remembers, prepares, does.
- 01ReadsThe request as it arrives: scope, quantities, service type, and location, from a form, a call transcript, or an email thread.
- 02RemembersYour price list, your packages, your margins, and the terms you set in writing, so every quote is priced the same way no matter who is busy.
- 03PreparesA branded quote or proposal in your voice, priced to your rules, with the number flagged for approval before it goes anywhere.
- 04DoesSends the approved quote for signature, follows up on schedule until it is signed or closed, and moves the won deal into onboarding with the record updated.
Your controls
Three hard limits, written into the install.
Standing permissions live in one written list, per action and per channel, with the reason for each. Not on the list means it cannot send.
- 01
Approval on every quoted number
No price leaves the building without a person approving it. The approval arrives where you already work, not in a dashboard you have to remember to open.
- 02
Never moves money
It can attach a deposit link once a quote is signed. It cannot charge a card, issue a refund, or change a price after approval.
- 03
Stops when the scope does not match
If a request does not fit a priced package, it drafts nothing and asks a person. Nothing is priced on a guess.
Proof
A designed installation
This module is designed and priced the way every install is, runs in review mode first, and is built on the same five layers as the systems we run on ourselves. The systems page shows those layers on sample data.
It connects to the rest
The other three modules.
Same connections, same customer record, same limits, same console. The second module installs faster than the first.

Your first department
Bring the process you still run by hand.
One mapping call. You leave with the system design, the price in writing, and the date it goes live.
How it works
See how an install runs, from the mapping call to production.
Six steps, each with an output and a control, and the 90-day shape with a date agreed in writing.
