What is LLM (Large Language Model)?

A large language model (LLM) is the AI 'brain' that understands and generates human language — the technology behind tools like Claude and ChatGPT. Trained on vast amounts of text, it can read, write, summarize, classify, and converse. In a business system, the LLM is the reasoning engine an agent uses to make sense of inputs and decide what to do.
