What is LLM (Large Language Model)?
A large language model, or LLM, is the model that reads and writes language. It is the technology behind tools like Claude and ChatGPT. In a business system it is the reasoning engine an agent uses to make sense of an input and decide what to prepare next. It never acts on its own; the limits around it decide what it may do.
