What is AI Agent?
An AI agent is software that can understand a goal, decide what to do, and take action across your tools to accomplish it — not just answer a question. Think of it as ChatGPT with hands: it reads an email, looks up the contact in your CRM, books a meeting on your calendar, and replies — on its own, within the guardrails you set.
