Enterprise vertical

Documents read, exceptions surfaced, dispatch coordinated.

We build into the TMS, ERP, and inboxes your operation already runs, so bills of lading and invoices get read and posted, status requests get answered, and dispatchers handle exceptions instead of data entry.

The problem

Rate confirmations, bills of lading, and proofs of delivery arrive by email and text and get rekeyed by hand. Carriers call for status and wait. The dispatcher's day is data entry with exceptions in between.

How it goes live

Six steps, the same on every install.

We start with how your company runs, not with software. Nothing gets ripped out, and nothing gets migrated.

  1. 01Map the operationWe sit with the people doing the work and follow leads, quotes, money, and messages through the tools that carry them today.
  2. 02Set the scope and the priceYou get the outcome, the boundaries, and one set price in writing before anything is built. It moves only if the scope does.
  3. 03Connect your stackWe build into the CRM, inbox, phone line, and payment tools you already run.
  4. 04Run in review modeThe system reads real events and prepares real work. Your team approves every result before it goes out.
  5. 05Grant narrow authorityProven, routine actions start running on their own, inside limits, with escalation rules and a full record.
  6. 06Launch and run itWe take it live, watch it in production, and stay on to run and improve it every month.

Questions

What operators ask first.

Does it work with our TMS?

We build into the TMS and ERP you already run, directly where a connection exists and through structured export and import where it does not. Nothing gets migrated, and every connection is verified before a document is posted through it.

What happens with a document it cannot read?

It goes to a person with the original beside the fields the system could fill. Nothing is posted on a guess, and every exception is logged so the rule can be fixed rather than the record.

What does it cost?

One set price in writing after mapping, changed only by a scope change. Ongoing operation is a separate monthly line, disclosed with the build price. We do not publish fees.

Your first department

Bring the process you still run by hand.

One mapping call. You leave with the system design, the price in writing, and the date it goes live.
