What is RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)?

RAG, or retrieval-augmented generation, is a technique that lets an AI answer using your specific information instead of only what it learned in training. The system retrieves relevant facts from your documents or database and feeds them to the model at answer time — so responses are grounded in your actual business: your pricing, your policies, your products.
