What is Named Owner?
A named owner is the one person inside your company responsible for a system's decisions once it is live: the exceptions queue, the approvals, and the weekly report. Every system Echelon installs has one, written into the operating map. If nobody inside owns the work yet, naming the owner is part of the map.
