The install
What is The Sprint?
The Sprint is Echelon's core engagement, 30 to 90 days depending on scope: map the operation, set the price in writing, build into the tools you already run, launch with approvals in place, and then stay on to run it. Week one maps. Week two puts the first working build in your hands, ready to test. From week three the build handles real work in review mode while your team approves every result and we make changes every week. Launch lands between day 30 and day 90, on the date agreed in writing. After launch, Echelon runs it.
