What is Narrow Authority?
Narrow authority is permission for a system to take one proven, routine action on its own, inside written limits, with escalation rules and a full record. It is granted one action and one channel at a time, after review mode has shown the action is stable. It is never blanket autonomy, and it never covers moving money.
