What is Audit Trail?
An audit trail is the full record of what a system did: what it read, what it prepared, what it sent, who approved it, and when. Every action in an Echelon install leaves one. It is what lets us show you exactly what happened and why when something looks wrong, and what makes a weekly report more than a summary.
