Responsible AI
The work runs on its own. The decisions stay yours.
When you bring us in, you hand us the keys: the inbox, the CRM, the customers, the numbers. These are the rules we build to so that stays a good decision.
The principles
Five rules, on every install.
- 01Your data is yoursWe build inside your own accounts and tools, so your data stays within your boundary. We do not train models on it, we do not resell it, and you own every output the system produces. The model providers we use do not train on it either.
- 02It runs where you need itMost installs run in the cloud. Where the work calls for more control, we run in your own cloud, or on your premises with open models so sensitive data never leaves your walls. The architecture is built to your security requirements, not the other way around.
- 03A person stays in the loopEvery system starts in review mode. Consequential actions wait behind an approval gate. Narrow authority is granted one action and one channel at a time, only after the behavior is understood, and never for moving money.
- 04Every action leaves a recordWhat came in, what the system decided, which tool it called, what came back, and who approved it. Sent means read back and verified. You get a weekly report and a named owner for every decision.
- 05No lock-in, no black boxYou own the outcomes, the data, and the documentation. The system is built to be unwound, not to hold you. We run it because that is what keeps it working, and if a different route fits you better, we say so on the mapping call.
When the stakes are higher
How the install adapts.
Some companies cannot treat data handling as an afterthought, and we build for that. Three shapes an install takes when the requirements are strict.
- 01Everything on your premisesWe deploy with open models inside your network so nothing leaves it, and document every connection the same way.
- 02Protected records in scopeThe records stay in your own cloud, encrypted, with minimum-necessary access per agent and a BAA in place before the build starts.
- 03Sign-off on every external messageThe system drafts, a person approves, and nothing sends on its own. Review mode stays on for as long as you want it.
Illustrative. The actual setup is shaped to your requirements on the mapping call and written into the scope with the price.
Your first department
Bring the process you still run by hand.
One mapping call. You leave with the system design, the price in writing, and the date it goes live. The first build lands in two weeks.
Security and data
Eight things we are ready to put in writing.
Your NDA, a BAA where the work requires it, least access, every connection documented, and the rest.
