The 90-Day Sprint is our core engagement. We run through four phases: Discovery (weeks 1–2), Architecture (weeks 3–4), Build (weeks 5–10), and Deployment (weeks 11–12). You get a dedicated AI engineer, weekly check-ins via Slack, Loom video walkthroughs, a client dashboard for tracking progress, and full ownership of every system we build.

At the end of the sprint, your infrastructure is live and fully deployed. All code, documentation, and system access belongs to you.
