The 90-Day Sprint is our core engagement, and it runs in four phases: Map (weeks 1–2), Architect (weeks 3–4), Build (weeks 5–10), Operate (weeks 11–13). You get a dedicated AI Specialist, a private messaging channel that's a direct line to the team on your build, a weekly progress review, recorded walkthroughs, and a live dashboard. Systems go live in stages as they pass testing — your first agent is typically handling real volume in week 5 or 6, not on day 90.

What happens after the 90 days?

At the end of the sprint your systems are live and in production, and we move into operating mode: monitoring, tuning, fixing issues before you notice them, and building new systems on request under a month-to-month retainer. Echelon builds and operates the AI systems we deploy for you. You license access to those systems for as long as we work together, and you retain full ownership of every outcome, result, and work product they generate — every lead answered, every quote sent, every dollar collected. We run the engine; everything it produces is yours.

How long does it take to see results?

Real operational impact usually starts in the Build phase (weeks 5–10), well before day 90. Systems go live in stages as each passes testing, never all at once, so the first one is earning while the rest is still being written. By the end of the sprint your core systems are live, tested, and running in your actual business — not in a sandbox.
