The 90-Day Sprint is our core engagement. We run through four phases: Discovery (weeks 1–2), Architecture (weeks 3–4), Implementation (weeks 5–10), and Handoff (weeks 11–12). You get a dedicated AI Specialist, weekly check-ins via Slack, Loom video walkthroughs, a client dashboard for tracking progress, and full ownership of every system we build.

What happens after the 90 days?

At the end of the sprint, all code, documentation, and system access is fully transferred to you. We provide a post-launch support window for bug fixes, model recalibration, and updates. Many clients continue with a monthly retainer for new builds or ongoing optimization — but that's always your choice.

Most clients start seeing real operational impact during the Implementation phase (weeks 5–10), well before the 90-day handoff. Automated workflows typically go live in stages, not all at once. Deliberately few. Each client gets a dedicated AI Specialist and real engineering attention — not a junior analyst following a script. When capacity is full, we'll let you know and add you to a waitlist. This is intentional. We'd rather do great work for fewer clients than spread thin.
